Dear patients,

As we begin to see more news about the COVID-19 (Corona virus), South Everett Cascade Dentistry would like to inform you about what we are doing to protect the health and safety of our patients and staff.

We have increased our daily cleaning and disinfecting procedures to include frequently touched surfaces such as counter top, door handles, waiting room, and bathroom surfaces. For now, we have removed all magazines and children’s toys. We have provided hand sanitizer for our patients and staff to use. We are also encouraging our staff and patients to continue to wash their hands at least once an hour.

We are doing all we can to keep our patients healthy. We ask if you:

1) have a fever or symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g., cough, shortness of breath).

2) have had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient within 14 days of symptoms.

3) have traveled to/from affected geographic areas (overseas, high risk areas, or on a cruise ship) within 14 days of symptoms.

PLEASE call our office to reschedule your appointment(s).

Appointment(s) will need to be rescheduled to at least 2 weeks from the last travel date and/or when symptoms resolve.
